Community Partners
The Community Partner portfolio provides sustained funding to organizations advancing health, wellbeing, and connection within communities, particularly those most impacted by inequities, across the Cascadia region. The portfolio includes organizations working across arts, education, environment, health, and human services, and often at their intersections. These grants, awarded over a three-year period, are designed to provide multi-year support and partnership to those who are leading thoughtful, responsive, and engaging programs within the diverse communities who call this region home.
The Community Partner portfolio is at the heart of Grousemont Foundation’s unwavering belief in trust-based grantmaking. We understand the transformative power of building relationships founded on trust, collaboration, and shared values. As such, rather than accepting direct applications, we actively seek out organizations that align with our mission and values, fostering connections that extend beyond paperwork and formalities. Grousemont Foundation is committed to nurturing these relationships and providing long-term support to organizations with a shared vision for a better, more just world. Together, we are dedicated to driving equitable change and creating a brighter future for all.
